  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf

For the Noodles:

  • 2 cups egg noodles (or your favorite pasta)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

1. Sauté the Vegetables
