  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

  • ¾ cup (180ml) whole milk

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Make the Biscuit Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Cut in the cold, cubed butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. You can also pulse it in a food processor until you reach the right consistency.
