Ingredients

- 1 ¾ cups (175g) almond flour
- ¼ cup (30g) coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup (60ml) coconut oil, melted
- ⅓ cup (80ml) honey or maple syrup
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare the Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch (23x13cm) loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients
