Instructions
- Marinate the Fish:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, and salt.
- Rub the marinade over the fish fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Prepare the Tagine Base:
- Heat olive oil in a large tagine or deep skillet over medium heat.
