Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
